Hi, I played shorthanded and reaised preflop with
A9 and got re-raised by a tight passive player. The
flop came 4 9 T, I bet and he raise. How should I
act.
Answer: Since your opponent is
a tight passive player he probably have an over pair.
If he have an overpair you have 5 outs, 2 nines and
3 ace (if he doesnt have AA). With 5 outs you probably
dont have the odds to call his raise on the flop.
You should fold or if you have odds see one more card
and then fold on the turn if the card doesnt help
you.
Against an aggresive player the situation is totaly
different.
